As a lead singer in cover bands, I performed a variety of popular (usually uptempo) songs in numerous genres. During my time as a karaoke host, I recorded myself quite a lot, but the repertoire is almost entirely different (what can I say? Variety is the spice of life, and I like trying lots of songs out). Here are some selections from those late nights at Palmers East in Redmond, WA (somewhere between 2002 and 2008).

Most of the karaoke music heard in this collection is Sound Choice, but there's also some Chartbusters, Pop/Top/Country Hits Monthly, Legends and DKKaraoke in there too. For numerous reasons, I'm not charging anything for these files. If you want to help fund my future projects, feel free to drop some change in the Donate bucket. Thanks for listening!

Disclaimer: As anyone who performs karaoke can tell you, no performance in a bar (with the occasional weird karaoke accompaniment, among other variables) can be considered perfect. Errors most likely will be heard in this collection. It should also be said that I wasn't always trying to sound melodically identical to the original versions, and I may not perform them the same way now. Sometimes you have to be there. Rest assured, upcoming recordings will be much better quality overall, and I plan to re-record some of these eventually.
